I assume it's no! But I think the border patrol would love to talk to you about your source of ID.
Those cards are so easily forged they are useless! Our local talk radio guys BOUGHT one at MacArthur park. (John became "Juan" but I don't remember how they changed his Polish last name.)
Besides, isn't that the document that the illegals use since they can't get a Drivers license?
Yes but please do it through the Yuma International Airport as their will be a Border Guard as well as a police officer screening all flights.
The Border Guard will gladly accomadate anyone that tries that!

Actually you can board a commercial flight without ANY picture ID. I did it! I lost my wallet in Florida, the airlines said I could board but would be subject to additional screening. I was extra searched but that was it.
Also, my folks live next to a guy that was selling matricular cards for 50 bucks and had a huge sign painted all over his car saying so. Well, the good thing is he has since scrubbed the sign off and sold his car because it was being vandalized!
