You've obviously mixed up your sets of colored contact lenses. That burning and tingling sensation is the cleaning solution. Remove your contacts and rinse your eyes with water.
If that doesn't work, try turning your computer off and closing your eyes for a while. Even better, put down the crack pipe. Sometimes I find that my eyes will do that when I smoke too much crack, too.
