I have lost my passport the addresss given in passport is changed now i have changed my residence?

i dont have the present residence proof

WHATEVER; YOU STILL HAVE TO REPORT THAT YOU LOST YOU PASSPORT TO THE POLICE AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF THE REPORT AND NOTIFY THE EMBASSY OR CONSULAR OFFICE OF THE COUNTRY OF YOUR PASSPORT.
Lodge your missing report immediately to the nearest police station. Obtain the copy of the complaint. Submit your request for issue of new passport to the nearest passport office. Get your earlier address proof amended so as to match with your new address. Copy of bank pass book giving your current address may suffice the proof of residence. You can also check from the passport office whether they can accept an affidavit on a non-judicial paper duly attested by the Notary Public or First Class Magistrate.
You need to get the present residence proof.
1. Go to police
2. Apply for duplicate. Mention present address.
3. Proof of present residence compulsory
