Some people just send me some message telling me that i am chosen among those who are lucky to live in America and ask me to feel a form and provide certain amount of money so i need to know the real link that can lead me to get the true green card because many of my friends have told me that these kind of links are fake. Help me please

Its a scam,forget it.If you really won the goverment would have mailed you or called.
Okay, first of all, immigration to the US is not like a lottery where you could "win" or be "picked". It is usually a long tedious process for most people, so do not fall for those scams. Only correspondences from the USCIS are legit. And if you did not apply in the first place, disregard stuff like that.
