Nope. That's why they should secure the borders and deport ALL illegal criminals in the system. And I personally think they should revoke residency for anyone who has committed a felony.
they should stay in jail or prison! or why not say oh well, grant them amnesty because they are good people and just want to make a good life for themselves.. and then wait and see what crime they committ or who they kill!!

Until we get a handle on illegal immigration and backbone to actually prosecute and protect we don't really have a choice. These are just the ones who have been caught. If we don't know who is in our country how do we know what they have done?

No amnesty for these ten most wanted but for the other 11,999,990 maybe! I think that instead of giving out freebies, the US need to give these illegals an identity to keep track of them. Hand them a workers permit and no governmental assistance. If they prefer to have full American benefits and rights then they will have to go through the process of becoming legal US citizens and register for selective service and deny providing service for their orginal country. The only reason why MOST illegals want amnesty is to take advantage of all governmental freebies and mooch of taxpayers.
