What do you think of the unusual number of corrupt Hispanic mayors in Southern California.?
Answer:
Yeah, but this seems different. All ethnicities have corrupt people, but there is this 'buying up' of towns and townspeople afraid to call help from outside of the town. There was an article on it I will try to find about one town. There seems to be an extension of the drug corridor making its way north into parts of east LA from the best I can tell.
Here you go. It is long, but VERY thought provoking. http://www.laweekly.com/general/features...
I bet you are writing form Miami!
LOL
not unusual at all.
It is not unusual at all. Here in Miami it is exactly the same. Actually one of our corrupt mayors is nicknamed Pepe. It is ridiculous.
Villaraigosa was not found guilty, the City Attorney was.
They should follow the example of their non-Hispanic counterparts elsewhere and learn how to better hide their corruption. Corruption within city/county/state/federal governments is certainly not unique to southern California nor to Hispanic and other ethnic politicians. Most are just too smart (and too studied in the law) to allow themselves to get caught.
Or maybe I'm just a cynic.
gee, maybe it is all they know . They are just bringing their culture to us, how dare you complain you racist .
give it a few years. It will be just like Mexico. They want the US to go down to Mexico level, not for them to come up to our countries level. Its like the parasite that kills its host and then dies itself, because it depended on its host for life. Rather than assimilate and make this country beeter, they are the parasites who will bleed this country dry, killing it, therby defeating the purpose of coming here to begin with, because shortly, and in some areas its already happened, the US will be like Mexico and the rest of the third world cesspools.
why complain about them? because they are hispanics and you assume they are for illegals?? start complain abou the majority of corrupt white mayors (which are a lot).
and I don;t know what this has to do with immigration.
I loved what the LA weekly article said "Mexican Border Town". Says it all.
