If the immigrant has life threatening injuries then yes. other wise he should be told where he can go for assistance for his medical need. As for the fake insurance card, the insurance companies leave that up to hospitals to deal with and should report to authorities about the fruad.

Yes. Its fraud. Take him to jail. He'll get medical care there anyway and won't be able to steal anyone else's identity. Or better yet, put him in the back of a cop car and drop him off at the border.
So. you expect ME to pay for his medical care? If a hospital treats him, its the AMERICAN public than ends up paying for it. He doesn't even contribute to the taxes that will end up being used to pay for him. Let his own country deal with him.

Technically since they made it to a hospital they have to be treated. However, if you know in fact that the medical card was stolen, it doesn't mean that you can't report them to the proper authorities. I mean you would do so if they happen to be using your ID that they stole right?!

send them all back over the borber. if they want to live in the u.s, then they need to do it by the rules. this country is so out of whack. my child couldnt go to school last year for pre k because she didnt qualify for free lunches and didnt need english as a second language class. she is an american, and cant get education that the americans pay taxes for. whites and blacks are becoming the minority. same thing happend to my son in pre k. he went to school for the the first few months. as more illegals put their children in the school, they had to kick out american children to make room. not only does this affect us as adults, but now, our children to. and add to the fact that they want to run to our country, but when the cubans invaid on their land, they shoot them on site.

We should help them and then deport them to a hospital in their country. They should also have to pay for the time they spent in an American hospital.
Under current laws anyone arriving at an emergency room gets emergency medical care regardless of ability to pay. So the person will receive care. Then he/she should be arrested for theft, fraud, etc., have any money or possessions confiscated to pay for the medical care, and be deported for being in the country illegally.
