My cousin who has been illegal for 19 years married a US citizen 6 months ago, He has 2 college degrees and?
Answer:
If he simply over-stayed his visa then he should be just fine. Working illegally is a pardonable sin unless he committed identity fraud.if that is the case, then they should retain a lawyer for this process. he can still work if the petitioner also files the l-765 authorization to work. he should receive his work permit within 90 days of receipt of that petition at one of the process centers. good luck!
He may have to leave before they approve him. Just marrying a citizen doesn't give him a free pass.
my husband lived here for 20 years before i applied for him
all we had to do was pay a fine
he also went to school here and married
This is interesting anybody know can you marry a US citizen if your an illegal illegally here. is the marriage valid as i guess there was fraud in the Doc to get a marriage license.
he/ should be/ in trouble/taking our money/ hope /he gets deported/he/ should not /be pardoned/how long /is/ a/ tourist visa /good for?/he should /only /be allowed/ to/ keep /the money /he earned /while /on/ a /tourist visa/and /if he/ earned /degrees /while an illegal/ they should /be taken away/
I don't beleive you. He would have to have fake documents to obtain the licenses. If he does then he needs to be jailed.
Your cousin is a scumbag! When his "Visa" expired he had the duty to do two things. Get out! of our country or apply for an extension, I bet he did neither, layed low, took advantage of this countrys free education system or student loans he probably never paid back because they can't find his sorry rear end. The fact that your cousin has been here illegally for over 19 years says volumes in whats wrong with this county's immigration system ! Im so sick of you free loading, criminals making a mockery of this county's laws and then having the stones to flaunt it in our faces ! hiding out for 19 years, does not excuse his criminal acts. What! he forgot that his visa expired 19 years ago! give me a break!
Dude, for all his so-called "smarts" how come he doesn't understand that he accomplished that stuff while being ILLEGAL. No amount of good cancels out the bad start he got.
And about those "good" Mexicans, think of it this way: they're still breaking our laws. If someone smashes a window and breaks into your house, does your dishes, starts a load of wash, and vacuums the floor, when you get home, are you going to care that they did all that? Of course not! They're an intruder and you want them out!
