Te Amo Mi Esposo!: They do mooch the system. A hospital can't refuse service, you paid because you could. Ever hear of Identity theft. I'm not say all do it. Not saying they are stealing it, but buying the info from someone who did, to get these services. I know alot of illegal immigrants, no green card, yet they get welfare, medicare, and file for income tax. My mother was getting billed for hospital stays that never happened. After lengthy investigation, guess where it pointed to. Apparently my mother was also working for the hospital that she apparently was given services and had two children under NewMexikids (childcare program); all her kids are grown up. There are alot of people that don't desere these services, but illegal is illegal. I'm not for amnesty, due to other factors, gang activity, crime, etc.; in my area.

As a supporter of a loose immigration policy, I wish I could give you and everyone else a tax break. Involuntary taxation is unjust.

Where did you read that you get a refund for choosing not to excercise your rights? If that were true I want all my church dues back, my school taxes since I didn't learn nothin, and my social security dies since I won't see them again anyway.
I too have no kids by choice. I have been married 26 years. Why should I have to pay property tax so illegal aliens can go to our public schools, use our emergency rooms as primary care physicians and our welfare and food stamp programs. I have never utilized any of these yet every year I have to pay for them. I too, want my tax break.

Great question! I hope our politicians figure this one out. This whole amnesty for illegals! thing just makes me ill. Taxpayers like you and me are probably going to be supporting at least five families each with our tax dollars. I'd rather put my tax $ away for college for my kids than to pay for welfare for 20 illegals that are frantically crossing the borders hoping to get in here before our idiot politicians sign the bill that makes it legal for them to be here and get on welfare. Seriously, I want to know what we can do about this? I just cannot believe that this is possibly about to happen. Can our politicians really be this stupid??!!

First of all if they are illegal they don't have tax breaks. They CANT file taxes. They pay it in everyday but don't get a cent back. Why do you think they live in such places? They can't afford much else. Some do pay taxes in out of their paychecks and dont get it back at the end of the year. But they pay sales tax everyday.(that makes our economy stronger just by that...all the extra people buying things)..And you can't just say what your saying just to illegals.
What about the white girl that has 3 black babies and 5 Hispanic babies, (all different daddy's) and she is capable of working but doesn't...She just lives on welfare and other government support? I would MUCH RATHER see some illegals not paying income tax than to support such trash as described above.
And please. If you illegal you CANT have government support. My brother in law is not a citizen. He was sick (he is only 6) and I took him to the ER.if they can get such assistance why did I pay 400.00 for that visit?

NEWS FLASH:
Most illegals DO in fact pay taxes and file income taxes at tax season. They get working permits which allows them to legally work in this country, along with the permit is a legit SS#. Yet they do not get any kind of a refund so the USA keeps that money.
Are people really so ignorant as a general rule? Or just plain dumb? Or is it they're too lazy to educate themselves on such topics before complaining about it?
How could you possibly know how much an illegal immigrant pays on their taxes to even compare to it?
