What is the bill that they are supposed to be voting on...?

What is the bill that the congress is supposed to be voting on concerning the illegal immigrants? What will this bill do? How will it affect the immigrants? When will the voting take place?

Answer:
Apparently they will be voting on the senate in the first week of June or the second, if approved by majority, the bill will go to the House of representatives for further analysis and approval. Once this is done, the bill will go to the hands of the President who should signed it and make it effective.
This Bill so far is not been completed as of what will give to people who already live in the U.S. apparently the 12 and so million that live here ilegally would get some kind of Visa call "Z Visa" which will be costly, would allow the people to stay here, but with conditions, one of them is that they have to go to their country of origin in order to make the process of obtaining the conditional permit, and after a few years 5-8 years, they would have the choice to apply for a green card as long as they have show good behavior, paid taxes, learned english and paid fines.
