I see a lot of people moving out of india. can we stop it? if yes how?

People move out tof india for many reasons. generally they move for higher earning. some people feel that they can grow fast outside india bcoz they value their worth and free from this corrupt political environment. this actually affects our country in many ways as there are very few students who involve in research hence their is less innovation here. Also no knowledgable brains available to serve for the future education industry.This can be changed by providing good scholarship to research scholars and good compensation for teaching professionals. With out innovaton india cannot grow to par with developed nation. Again for political environment younger genration with good education and social service attitude should enter politics but who is going to initiate this step?
India can work to
a) Improve its infrastructure
b) Stop the Caste Slavery
c) Improve Rights for women
d) End the Corruption
That will stop the brain drain I think
By providing more opportunities in India we can stop brain drain.
i would not do anything......the number of people moving out of india is still small. they bring back more knowledge and encourage other indians to excell.....the world is becoming borderless, lets embrace this rather than thinking to curtail it.......this century is for indians. look at the ceo of pepsi she still is happy to come back to india and holiday in chennai.....every indian abraod in one way or other still thinks about india in a patriotic way......and how can this motherland be improved......
in some countries there is a rule according to which one has to serve his army for a certain period of time.if i were the prime minister of the country i would had made such a proposal although in a democracy you cant force someone against his will and you cant make someone love his country. the idea lies in our mentality where we are fascinated by the charm of life in a developed country. but the love you get in your motherland is almost unavoidable and one must pay back the debt of his motherland on him and one can do it only by serving your country. so, the requirement is to motivate youngsters towards such thoughts and then there will be no problem.
because of the bad conditions and there are not much opportunities for them in India. also there will be an improvement of life style in other countries.
ya we are seeing most of the people moving out of india that is because of the government system.eg:the policemen takes bribe insteadof supporting the innocent and poor people they help the criminal which is rich but i dont blame the police officer because because he is getting less salary as compared to the foreigner police officer ,with that money he cant he cant support his family and our government cant give them more money because they cant afford it. i have lot's of examples but i think this is enough
Instead of boasting about largest democracy in the world, the leaders should upgrade the constitution and get rid of religion and caste as the basis for everything. Even small nations have improved the quality of life and monarchies are having atleast a better civil administration and judiciary for the common man.
The truth is more than 90% of IITians plan for settling in USA from the very beginning and want to work for MNCs. Also it is true that most of the indian giants have started investing in China and Europe.
not an easy task, indians get well paid abroad, and if converted to Rs. it will be more valuable. So it is more applicable - cancel job visa and visit visa and only allow ministry members to go abroad.so that we can relax
