Can everyone contact their US Senators and tell them not to vote for the Amnesty Bill?
who don't think it will affect you if the bill is approved, you will
see the results down the road with increased birth statistics
and more and more demands will be made by the Mexican
Nationals residing here illegally, to turn our country into an
annex of their own country, which is Mexico. Let them follow
the guidelines of everyone who's come to the US and gone
through the program to be legal immigrants like our ancestors
have done. Did our ancestors have translators to welcome
them to the land of plenty? Were they given free credit cards,
free medical, dental and food? The Bush Administration is
making a mockery of US citizenship and we all have to stand
up now and be counted to make those who are allowed to
vote, do so by voting no in this coming session. Let them hear
our voices by writing and emailing them. We will not vote for
traitors!

Yes, count me in. I have sent emails already to the one's who Michael Savage has on his website saying that I will vote them out. McCain is one of them too. I will also send more emails to my Senator, Congressman, Governor of my state.
You have to understand though, this bill is not just for the illegals from Mexico, but it is also for the illegals from other countries as well. I am pretty sure too that our taxes will go up on a count of this bill passing. I mean, our tax money is already going to the illegals who are in our jails and prisons!
Mostly, I am so disappointed that even republicans want to go forward with this bill.
I have to say that if this bills passes, there is no way that I will ever trust our government ever, because many of the illegals here have criminal records..do they care for the American peoples' safety?? If they did, then they would do what it takes to protect the American people from people who commit crimes in our country. And if they did, our borders would be closed.
This is one of the reasons why I am against it too, our leaders in the Bush Administration are breaking the laws of this country by allowing 'illegals' live here, period. That makes them as guilty as the illegals.
It is time for America to really wake up and we might have to fight against our own rights in this country, because we cannot trust our government with this bill. God Bless America!! Pray for our country!

Bush has sworn to destroy every program ever started by FDR and the last major program is Social Security. This is the way the Heritage Foundation has devised to totally destroy Social Security. They were unable to do it by the illegal and immoral invasion of a foreign sovereign nation, which was the intent of the Heritage Foundation when they prepared all the lies and false documentation for Bush and his henchmen to read to us over and over again;
So, the last chance they have is to allow 12 million foreigners to remain in this country and become instantly eligible for social security benefits by being among the poorest of the poor.
If you want your grandparents to starve when denied social security benefits in the future, you will support Bush's continued efforts along those lines. If you don't you will demand that your elected representatives vote against this disastrous bill.

I have called my senators, my congressman, and signed petitions. We must all do our part. NO AMNESTY!
You think they care? Next time around theyll find some button-pushing made-for-elections issue like gay marriage or abortion and get re-elected again running on that.

I called my senators, both D.C. and local offices, every day this week. It might be wishful thinking, but it seems to me that they're beginning to feel the pressure. The first few calls, they were bland, polite, and nonresponsive. Today, they seemed frustrated and defensive.
btw, call Lindsey Graham's office, too. He needs to publicly apologize for calling Americans who oppose amnesty "bigots," especially when he said that while addressing the National Council of La Racists.

well, in the first place, it's not an amnesty, bush specifically said so, and in second place, let me ask you something... what makes YOU any different than an illegal immigrant, just the fact that you were born here and they aren't?? that's not a good enough excuse to hate them. they are human beings as well and would like to be treated equally as just that. and another thing if you didn't know, the us gov't is going to fine them thousands of dollars to get their citizenship it's not like they're not going to be punished for entering the country illegally. americans are not better than mexicans, asians or anyone else that is here illegally. these people are running from their countries b/c they cannot provide a life for themselves or their family. wouldn't you consider going elsewhere if you could not make it in the us, i think you would. i know i would want best for my family. so stop all this hate against these people, you never really know what their motives are for being here, i know some come to do harm and i will agree that those people should be punished, but think about the honest and hard working people b/c you have to admit, some of these people are working for minimum wage something americans don't do...

I am a staunch Republican who stands with Bush on most of his agenda, but I am SO livid with him on this issue I can hardly think straight!
How about this form of "amnesty..." We deport ALL illegal aliens to their countries of origin and give them amnesty by not prosecuting them for their previous crime of being illegals when they use the system in place to become legitimate citizens?
