Russian/Hispanic Love???

Well this is my situation I am Mexican/American and my boyfriend of 8 months is Korean/Russian. Do you think a love of 2 completely different cultures and backgrounds survive? We love eachother so much, we both agree we are the happiest we have ever been. But the only problem is he has to return to Moscow for a couple of years.. He wants me to go but i dont know if i want to, if i decide to stay in America he will return to be with me.. What are the chances of it surviving over the miles for 2 years.... Unlikely huh? i dont know what to do.. if i love him i should go right? Any advise??

Answer:
if its love shouldnt matter..its how u feel about each other, how u treat and respect each other...
I think that such a love, though not teh easiest one, is possible.
You write : " we love each other so much" and after that you say you don't know if you want to go to Moscow and spend with him the 2 years. If you were so in love with him as you say, you would not ask yourself the following question.
So first of all, you should think this all over in order to determine exactly how you feel for him.
If you go to Moscow with him, it would be a good chance for you to discover this culture which is so different to yours. By the way, if you loved him so much, you would take advantage of any possibily to learn more about him (his culture, language, country, etc..)
Eventually, it's not very easy to give you any advice. You are the only one who can decide for yourself. Whatever your decision will be, take all the time necessary to take the right one, so that you will not have to regret anything in the future.
If you 2 love each other...go for it!
I say pack your bags and go to Russia! It will only be for a few years....if at the end you two are still together you can decide to stay in Russia or move back to the States. I think it would be a once-in-a-life-time opportunity for you...don't throw it away. I have never been to Russia but have heard it is beautiful...Moscow and St. Petersburg are amazing (and St. Petersburg is known as the Russian Venice so that says it all). Russian food is pretty good, Russia is full of histroy and culture, etc......I'd go for it if I were you.
