well, It depends on which comunity you like to live in. Because in all places you live you will find wired and not peaceful place, but europe is actually ok for you to visit.
I find it very peaceful here in the backwoods of the Missouri Ozark Mountains 15 miles from the nearest town on a narrow dirt road. No more than 4 or 5 cars a day go by my house which sets well back from the road. Can actually hear the birds, crickets, and cicadias singing at night as I fall asleep with all the doors and windows open. Can see the stars in the sky as there is no lights to dim them out. Have never found a more peaceful spot.
There is a ranch that I used to live on in the mountains of central Idaho that is like being in Heaven. I have been all over the world and truly believe that "Be it ever so humble, there's no place like home." A person can be at peace in the busiest places in the world so I would say that the most peaceful place is in your heart.

Used to be, I would have said the midwest, however the gangs and crime have made it to there, too.
