Why many American couples can't have children and need to adopt foster or foreigner kids ?
Answer:
How can you sit there and put down an act like adopting? That is a humanitarian value that you obviously lack. You'd rather have 12 children that you can't feed rather than adopt one that really needs your help.
What on earth are you talking about?
so true
pesticides and hormones given to cattle, pigs and chickens.
The problem is dealing with all of the red tape and legal fees, plus with abortion legal most children that could go to good homes are killed before being born. You can adopt a foreign orphan for far less.
You don't want kids, how would you understand?
its not why they cant, its because americans care about the future of the world, we have been taught thru education common sense, we are not a country just to plop babies out w/out any responsibilities like some of our neighbors! ifamerica leaves it to ignorance w 3rd world countries our planet will die not from wars, but from viruses created by the people who do not care about anything except their selfish sexual pleasures( i love sex)
What's the lesson? Get married at 16, never use birth control, and have 10 kids in 11 years?
I think it's wonderful that American couples adopt rather than going through a painful and expensive procedure just to have their own biological children. So many children need parents who love them.
The biggest factor is couples starting families later in life: fertility is lower then, and problems are more likely. That trend is, indeed, in part a matter of the liberalization of gender roles in American socieity. American women can be baby factories if they want to, but many choose to persue other interests first, or instead.
The trend actually holds true for all developing economies. Mexico's fertility rate, for instance, has droped from 6.9 to 2.5 over the past few decades.
A lot of women are building a professional life during their most fertile years...and then, oops, decide on Having A Baby [instead of getting another pedigreed dog, right?] and find it's not as easy to conceive at 35 as it was at 21. She Who Must Be Obeyed will spend upwards of $30,000 on various 'fertility clinics', condemn his nibs to monthly clockings-in based on the old temperature charts [or making deposits at the clinic, self & Playboy in hand] and then in sheer desperation, shlepping to Romania for a ready-built infant. Message? Don't mess with Mom Nature, ladies... and try to accept that you can't Have It All.
Why many Hispanic couples have children at 15 and the father adopt many girlfriends and create more children?
You are over generalizing.
STUPID QUESTIONS REQUIRE STUPID ANSWERS
So you're saying it's better to have 10 children that you can't afford to feed or give proper attention to than to adopt a child or 2 who's lives you can make wonderful? Great morals and family values you have!
Oh, like my cousin for example.
4 biological children
8 adopted children
All nurtured to adulthood, and college-educated at his and his wife's expense. All wonderful, thriving law-abiding adults.
3 white and 3 black American orphans.
The other 2 were Korean orphans.
Of those 12, 3 are now doctors. Two are attorneys. Five are school teachers. One is a minister and the youngest a social worker. Several have adopted kids as well.
That's a success for family values.
We don't need anchor babies, so we are free to adopt children that have great needs stuck in foreign orphanages.
Why can't some American couples have kids? It is called infertility. Sometimes it is not something that can be fixed. And enough love in our hearts for children we did not create with our own bodies.
