I don't know, do you think he was already deported? I know my father works in correctional institutions and they always get illegals in there and they get deported really fast.

If you have their alien number you can track them through uscis.gov.
I don't know. Why don't you go back to y'alls hometown in Mexico. That's where he'll go to visit family and friends if their are any left there before he slips back into the U.S.
