My American boyfriend and I got engaged in June this year.He said he had sent his laywer a disk which includes all of his documents and some pictures.He has started the process of applying for my K1 visa. He said the lawyer would investigate all of his documents himself first. It takes 6 weeks. But he dosen't have any information of mine.What imformation of mine does the laywer need for my visa?When will I submit the information of mine?

Your boyfriend is wasting his money. There is absolutely no reason for an attorney to be involved. It does not speed up the process or carry any advantage.
The forms are easy and the process simple. Your relationship is all that needs to be documented. Letters, phone bills, emails, pictures of the two of you together, air line tickets, hotel receipts, etc... Anything that proves the relationship is real.
You should be prepared to show some of this same type of documentation when you are contacted by the US embassy of consulate in your country. They'll send you a packet about 6 months after he submits everything to the CIS here, in the United States.
