Why can an illegal alien kill someone then get sent back home and not punished?

The idea is that they won't be able to come back in, ever. Oh, wait a minute, oh yeah that whole open border thing.
If you are going to commit felonies in the US, it PAYS to be an illegal alien. It is basically a get out of jail free card. There was a case here recently in Phoenix where a guy who had been deported 3 times previous, one for child molestation returned and murdered someone.
Our government is failing the US Citizen in unforgivable ways. This is going to be worse if the bill in congress now which amounts to amnesty passes, WRITE YOUR CONGRESS MEMBERS NOW and make your feelings known, that they MUST NOT pass this bill!
And where did this happen? I doubt that!
Well geez I wish people would make up their minds.Some say our prisons have an illegal population the size of a small country and now you're saying we just send them home after murder.Which is it?Where did you get your info that they sent him home?The last I heard he hadn't been charged yet and was waiting a hearing.
The bastard that killed someone I knew only got a slap on the wrist, 15 years. And then he gets to go back home.

Unfortunatlly sometimes that is all the punishment "they" get, and its sad very sad,,,,,but I know of other ways to get even,,,,,
There is a lot of crimes in this country that go unpunished, by illegals and people who are either US residents or citizen. However if a person commits a crime they should do the time.
I would say that is the fault of the ANTI illegals who just want everyone shipped back
I dont think its fair either...I figure if they do the crime here they should be punished here legal or not. How does this make the victims and their families feel knowing that this man walked away FREE? He will probably come back AGAIN!
This form of "punishment" by sending them back home is so unfair its sickening.

Your not even hearing 1/10 of the crimes murders, rapes, frauds against us citizens because the news media doesn't want you 2 know. There far left an want them here 2 vote for the Dem's===So don't except 2 hear much about . There are murders & crimes here that the news papers wont even print it.They are sent back as it's less news then there back here before the ink dries.
If you find out let me know. We were hit in the rear of our car by an illegal and he got a ticket and that was it. He had no insurance, no proof of who he was, nothing. We where out our car, it was totaled and 10,000 in hospital and doctor bills.
