How do the Minutemen citizens' group in the US feel about Canadian snowbirds?
Answer:
"Snow Bird" obey the law. They come here within the law, do not normally break the law. Rarely do you hear of a "Snow Bird" from Canada raping children. "Snow Birds" don't steal jobs or become a burden on the US Taxpayers.
Bottom line "Snow Birds" are not ILLEGAL!

Don't have a problem with it at all. Most of them, I suppose head to Florida. One state that I don't plan to return to anytime soon. It's becoming a bit too Latin America for me.

Not sure about the Minutemen, but I imagine that they, like most right and center minded people in the US have no problem with Canadians and would probably welcome them.
Why? Because most sane people here do not dislike immigration because the people are from other places but because uncontrolled immigration brings in a lot of people that make a lot of problems. People from Canada and other reasonably developed nations have no no problem entering the US perfectly legally under the visa waiver program. Canadian citizens can stay here even longer without a visa or any BS, they can even get Florida Drivers Licenses. Even people that are not from visa waiver countries can get a visa if they can show they will not become a public charge here and do not have a criminal record.
I am not a member of the Minutemen but I would agree with them that we really do not need all these desperate uneducated people in the US - we have enough of them here already, if you have any legitimate business being in the US, you have several LEGAL options open to you to enter, no matter where you come from. If you can not get a visa legally - we do not want you - go home...
I am a proud minuteman, and I dont care about them coming. They dont SNEAK in like the mexicans, and stay as long as they feel. Plus, they dont come here, and have 10 kids so they can stay. I dont agree with alot of things canada does, but they are 100 times better than the mexicans!
Well.....I lived in Florida so have met tons of Canadian snow-birds. They come here legally and then they go home. It's not the same as illegal immigration or I can't figure why the Minutemen would be brought into the question.

Let me get this straight....you are comparing vacationers from Canada who are here legally to the CRIMINAL invaders from the south? You cannot compare them. They are two entirely different set of circumstances.
I don't know that there are 12-20 million snowbirds here from Canada at any one time. I am sure they aren't flooding our emergency rooms looking for free routine healthcare. Not sure how many children they bring with them expecting us to educate them for free. Not sure how many of them are currently imprisoned in our penal system.........
What do you expect to compare???
They're here legally. They don't use social services. They're welcome to stay.
