Wouldn't kicking illegals out be easier if the states did it??

I mean if each state did as much as they could to round up illegals, and shipped them out by it's own means wouldn't it be easier. Everyone knows the government is not gonna do what it needs to do. I think each state should take th initiative.

Answer:
It's a very good idea. I know there are some states (many cities or counties) that require apt rental companies or any housing companies to bring the social security cards and ids of the candidates who want to rent the apts/houses to city hall to validate them. Some illegals who use fake ids and ss cards will be found there. They will be deported after they are found.
I don't care who does it, just that it's done.
Awesome thought. The next time you take a drive and get pulled over make sure you have your birth certificate with you along with 2 forms of picture I D so you don't inadvertantly get thrown in a cell with others accused of being illegal and waiting to prove yourself in court.Which could take days.
Arizona is doing an excellent job of it.

Unfortunately, California has the highest population of illegals, and is doing the least to remove them. A secondary problem is that they can just escape capture in one state by going to another (there's alot of red-tape involved in a capture in another jurisdiction).

If the feds do it, they can go anywhere except out of the country. Also, they can get military support, which is what this will take.
#1 - they would just come back

#2 - it would cost a lot of money, and for nothing, see point #1
Immigration is a federal issue not a state issue. I agree that states should help crack down on it but do you realize it's up to the federal government to maintain/change it's immigration policy. Texas for instance has a "civilian patrol group", people who call themselves "Minute-Men" after the Revolutionary Group. They help capture illegals on the Arizona, Texas, and California border.
I think that's an excellent idea. You know all our "leaders" from both sides of the aisle will do is argue and accomplish zip.

The problem I foresee is the illegals just coming back in. We have GOT to strengthen the borders. Also, I suggest we use the laws pertaining to illegal immigrants that are in force in their own country. For example, if you catch an illegal immigrant from, oh, say Japan, use the laws in force in Japan to mete out justice to them.
there is not way our politicans in Arizona
kick the illegal immigrants out and especially the mexicans
they need them they use them for a political convenience
in the back of my voter indentification card there is 2 language english and spanish that suggest me
our politicans want make sure the latino understand
when they have to vote and where and maybe for who

so if you wait Arizona kick out the illegal immigrants
you can forget it this is politics mob
and this is going on for years and years not just now..
Honey, immigration law is FEDERAL LAW. The states do not have authority to do that.
Yes, it WOULD be easier. I personally don't understand why they don't just give the power for cops to enforce the laws. Bureaucracy at it's best.
Sounds like a plan but that would never happen..
Can you tell me why would we do that? I mean have they bothered you in some kind of way? My guess is no. So are you just being raciest? illegals.well this is a free country. Land of opportunity..You will never stop illegal immigration. Do you think your ancesters where legal when they came here?
First:
You are talking about a federal law.

Second:
what about the thousand's of millions of dollars that the government has to spend to do that.

Thirth:
If done. Would you clean your office's bathrooms taking the place of the people who didng to work because was deported?
