Who do i need to tell legally that i am emigrating?
Answer:
Don't tell anyone other than family or you may have issues with your citizenship status if you are away too long, make sure you send in your tax returns every year even though you are not here.
If they need to ask they will ask, till then keep quiet.
Good Luck
Your grandma.
I would assume the
The Inland revenue for starters
Your GP
Your Landlord
Your Bank as you will be able to have Tax Free account
Anyone that you owe money to, car finance etc
I would leave a forwarding address of family member where business mail can be sent, just in-case it's lost in the post on route to Holland
Get paperwork from the Dutch Embassy
The Royal Netherlands Embassy
4200 Linnean Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20008
why are you going? hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... yes, I thought so!! take me with you!!
never tell your bedpartner about this! for sure, you will be caught.
tell your cat, if you have one. or your dog, if also you have one.
but, trust thyself and leave everything to your fate. thats more logical and calming.
Government Departments as a check will be carried out on you.As you are moving to Holland you are not emigrating as Holland is part of the European Union
No-one needs to know. No-one's even interested, no more than if you moved between England and Scotland. Enjoy Holland!
from what people write here,i thought it was only others who migrate to this country, to answer your question i think you can contact the citizens' advise bureau
see if you can type it into Google. It might throw up some answers for you instead of the smart a*se one's on here.
