I lost my naturalization cert. filed for it in may but now moving to CA can I get a st license?

I filed for the replacement in May now I want to move to CA and I know I have to show proof of citizenship but waiting for the replacement naturalization cert. Can I get it with the INS receipt they mailed me?

Answer:
You should be able to get it as long as you have the other state license from where you came from
