Even though I am still living in LA, I really really really want to live in London, England. What can I do to achieve this goal? What sort of jobs are there avaliable for Americans if they want to immigrate to London? If anyone can help, that will be really nice.

The best way to go about working in the UK is to work for an American company that has interests there. Depending on what you do, that may be very easy or very hard. The other thing you need to look at is the time restrictions you are allowed to stay. I know Australia has a 90 day stay limit then you need to leave and come back to stay another 90.
Once established there you can shop around for another company and work from there. Its a tough life at first, but once established its what you wanted :) Good luck
