Submit 3months late passport for extention still waiting for its been 2months didnt recieved anything?

Im on domestic worker visa its my 3 extention didt hav money 2 extend coz my dad was sick n i took 3months advance frm my employer my solicitor she mention everything in covering letter n my bank statements shows that there is no entries in my account jst want 2 know why its taking so long THANX
