Most people dont realize that we need them here. Not just to pick fruit or mow your yard. They are more useful to us then just that. They do believe it or not feed into this economy ALOT. You could do it yourself. Most American home-owners could do with the little bit of exercise it takes to more-or-less keep your lawns and gardens up.
Economies benefit from efficiency. Cheap labor does help the bottom line of whoever is exploiting it in the short term, but investement in labor-saving technology actually increases efficiency (productivity) and is a genuine benefit to the economy.
If Cheap Labor were the be-all and end-all of economic development, we'd still be in the middle ages.

There are no jobs Americans are too lazy to do, only jobs that pay so poorly Americans won't do them. And those jobs pay even less than Wal-Mart. I use a lawn service that employs high school kids and college students. When I went to high school I used to make extra money by picking fruit in season, cant get those jobs anymore because they can pay an illegal to do it for next to nothing. If the illegals go home there will be persons who are willing to do the same work available. If not we can always increase the number of seasonal laborer visas to take up the slack. But there is no need or benifit to the american people to allow our country to taken over by an invasion of illegal immigrants from ANY COUNTRY.

Something like 75% of the jobs Americans are too lazy to do are done by AMERICANS or legal aliens. What you probably meant to say was “Who will do the work at wages most American won’t accept.” In that case they will have to pay more so they can attract more people. I am more the will to pay more for fruits and vegetable, or for goods at Wal-mart, etc. We already pay a huge social price for the illegal aliens as well as a real cost for the same illegal aleans.
