The better question is what jobs can they take from us.. which legally is NONE. Every employer has the responsiblity to ensure that their employees have the legal right to work in this country. It is a criminal offense for the employer to hire an illegal alien. However, employers can hire illegals cheap and thus can make more money.
If employers refused to hire illegal immigrants there would not be any illegal immigrants..
If you are of Spanish heritage then there is not one single job they can not take.
Any job that requires a background check and proof of citizenship. All civil service jobs, police, FBI, money handlers, attorneys, doctors, all other professionals that have to be licensed to practice, etc.

They do take jobs, that the company can get away with not checking that you are legally able to work in this country... but there are still MANY that require proof of being able to work here legally- The ones they get are usually jobs like construction, landscaping, fruit picking, etc...

Quite a few can't get jobs requiring degrees. If they didn't have a degree when they entered they won't change that here.
That's because many schools require status, and the out of state tuition penalty and ineligibility for financial aid makes it impossible even for schools that don't check status.
