Try getting a Visa and citizenship. All that US citizens need are more illegal immigrants.
(Please note, I have nothing against immigrants, but the issue is with those who are here ILLEGALLY. I have to pay my dues, why should these people not? It isn't that hard to get citizenship.)

Even if the foreigner is illegal, if they show it's a real marriage, she will gain legal status... she doesn't even need to go to her country. becoming legal is what people want. well, marriage is one of them.

Your friends fiancee is going to have to file a petition for her while she is back in her country.he will have to file a l-130 which will be denied...then he will have to file a l-601 Application for Waiver of Ground of Excludability which is also known as a "Hardship waiver".he will have to write a letter explaining what the hardship is...if they agree that it is a hardship, then they will allow entrance...if not...then she wont be able to enter legally...this is part of the price of NOT doing it the right way to begin with...good luck..she'll need it...this process can take 18 months...and she still may not be allowed in...
