I don't know your situation, but there is absolutely no way anybody can get sponsorship in a week!
I am a UK citizen, my husband is a US citizen and that process is taking months!

What happened? Why are you asking now? Are you about to be deported? Where from? Where to?
You might find a lonely old man on here who'll gladly help you out, but he'll probably need some 'pictures', and you'll need to do something your mother told you never to!!
