I want to live in brazil but i live in america!?
Answer:
Well, first Brazil is in America too.. I think you meant to say that you live in United States.
Do you have a profession? Or skills? Will be easer if you do.
If you don't you can try to be a english teacher... There are maaaaany english schools in Brazil and will be easy to get a job.
I also find this site : http://www.jobsabroad.com/brazil.cfm...
If you need anymore things e mail me. I can give the phone or site of english schools and stuff.
Take care.
Go to a site like www.monster.com and look for job openings. Another option is to just get a visa and move there and then look for a job, but that's not recommended.
Ok you have to learn how to play soccer... really well! Thats how I lived in brazil, playing for Gremio for a couple of seasons - great country, great beaches, great parties, great girls. I can go on and on and on... but overall its still better in US, like in LA or Miami.
Dear God... the IGNORANCE!
psst... Brazil is IN America, look at a map! lol
Better get your facts straight first. Crime in Brazil (specially in cities, Rio, Sao Paulo) is rampant, as is poverty. The legal system is draconian, police and politicians are corrupt (as in most of South America), and if you think they are corrupt in the US you are in for a whole new definition of corrupt.
If you have skills that Brazil needs, e.g. surgeon, it might be easy for you to migrate. Illegal immigrants are pretty commonplace in Brazil but if you are found out you will end up in jail. You DO NOT want to be in a prison in South America.
You will require to carry your ID with you at all times, police can and will request it for any reason or no reason at all other than just "suspicion". Basically you will be going into a world that is as alien as it is to go to Mars.
Contact their embassy and you should get all of your answers there, Good luck.
Well, nice, but if you like us so much you should start by beeing more educated and learning that America is continent. So if you go to Brazil, you'll still be in America.
To Ronnie:
Did you play in Grêmio? Funny I don't remember an American playing for Grêmio...

You're a joke. Crime is rampant but it's concentrated in the poor neighborhoods. If you live in a nice neighborhood the chances of anything happen to you are very small. I have lived all my life in Brazil, nothing ever happened to me, not even a pickpocket. Nothing really seriously ever happened to anyone from my family or anyone that I know. I live in a 5 millions inhabitants city (Belo Horizonte). Yes, poverty is "rampant", but how does it affect you if you're not poor?
The legal system is draconian? Lol, I used to think that the US law is draconian, where you can get to jail if you drink at the age of 20. The laws here are actually too soft.
All your other comments regarding corruption, politicians, etc, are useless, because it does not affect a person's life directly.
"Illegal immigrants are pretty commonplace in Brazil but if you are found out you will end up in jail"
Lol, I did not know we have problems with immigrants here. Why would someone illegaly immigrate to Brazil? I have never heard anyone beeing arrested for beeing an "illegal immigrant" in Brazil. How many illegal immigrants are there in Brazil? 1,000? And if they catch you (what will never happen), you'll be deported, not go to a prison.
Yes, you have to carry your ID with you at all times, is it really annoying? But the police will never ask it to you "for any reason at all". I have never had my ID asked and I've never heard about it.
You're a joke. Lives in an imaginary world. And you got 2 thumbs up! Congratulations.
