I am an American. I think the Mexican citizens have been taken advantage of by their government. Mexico is rich with natural resources and wealth, yet failed government policies and corruption keep the people destitute.
I do have a problem with people breaking my country's laws. I do not care if the lawbreaker is Mexican, American, Japanes, Chines, or whatever.
To those who respect our laws, the highest respect. To those who circumvent them, pay the consequences.
I'm an American, and I don't think lowly of Mexicans or any nationality. I think lowly of the psychotic criminals of this world, especially crimes agianst the children. I'm interested in all cultures. Life is too short for ignorance to exist in my life.

Lets see - Peso went from 3 to 1 up to 11peso to 1dollar. Mexico is one of the wealthiest countries in the world. Only problem is most of the wealth is held by a few due to your system and corruption. Millions of Mexicans willing to pay money just to get into the US so they can make a living.
Hmmm, So much for that.

Um, tell exactly what is so great about Mexico. Nothing. It is a third world corrupt trashy country that doesn't even know how to disinfect water.
The only reason Mexico's economy might be doing well is because of the United States. Your government is in shambles and cannot run a country. You want to be able to come to the US without consequence of breaking our laws while at the same time, you enslave those who come across your Southern border from Guatemala and the like. Those illegals who do come to the US and are given amnesty by our dumbass government are sending all the money they make here back there and that is what is boosting your economy. Your police forces are corrupt as hell and drug cartels run most of your country. Don't tell me I shouldn't at least have some questions of how your country is run.
Now as far as your culture and the way Mexicans live their daily lives, I would love to learn more about that. But I would like to learn about it by visiting Mexico and helping your economy the right way versus learning it from all the illegal immigrants your country seems to enjoy sending to mine. Ok, if I go to Mexico will you give me a translator for free? Will your government help me out? Will you pay me more than I can make in the US so I can have a better life? Will your people even hire me? The peso is better? who says so? If the little is getting bigger everyday it is because he is selling drugs to the bigger. How much money does your government owe us? Where would you be if we hadn't screwed up and moved manufacturing plants to your country? We move jobs to you and that is not good enough, you come here because you can sell your drugs at a higher price. If our leaders are so bad, why hasn't yours done something for your people so they will stay there? A crap load of your people evidently does not share your views Chico, or they wouldn't be here now would they?
Americans as a rule don't think of Mexico as a partner in the worlds affairs. Mexico seems to be controlled by their own group of asshole leaders who are squandering her natural resources and not supporting the indigent population. Most of Mexico's poor have to leave their country in order to make more than a subsistence living. Basic necessities like plumbing and electricity are still unavailable to huge sectors of the population. Mexico City is one of the most polluted environments on the planet, and urban planning is non existent. Most of Mexico's development is being created along the border with the United States and in areas where the American tourist dollar is being spent.
I think if Mexico spent more of her resources improving the life of the average Mexican citizen, instead of building mansions for the super rich, than Americans would be a lot kinder in their opinions of Mexico and Mexicans.
It is the lot of the average Mexican that drives them to enter our country illegally and infest areas like Southern California with their own brand of culture rather than assimilate and become Americans. Improve this lot and you will see that most Mexicans would prefer to live in Mexico if crime and poverty were under control. Do this and watch the respect of the average American skyrocket.
