Is this true??????
Answer:
Nope, not true. first, the kid has to be 21 to even start applying for the father. if he entered illegally he has to eventually go back home and get a visa to reenter, however he would have to prove hardship to reeenter, in other cases, one would have to be out of the US for 10 years first, in any instance. only then, after the father got back in as a permanent resident, lived here for 5 years in that status, and then learned history, government and to know Engliosh, could he even apply for US citizenship
i hope not.
No way, Jose.
I would seek an immigration attorney to find out if this is true.
no its not my husband is from england and its a lot of work to become legal
No. Not that I know of.
I'm afraid not...
No this is not true, even if he was a legal immigrant it would not grant him immediate citizenship. If he is an illegal alien this will never be a reason for Citizenship, even if the 15 yr old girl was born on U.S. Soil.
You did not provide enough information. Are you both in Mexico? Are you both Mexican citizens? Is the daughter an American citizen? You never get immediate citizenship to any country, but, if the daughter is a citizen, you do not have to go on a waiting list for a green card, with the daughter's sponsorship. The green card under those circumstances takes three months from the time you file your paperwork.
NO! US citizenship is NEVER automatic for a citizen of another country!!! People have to apply and if this "single Mexican father" is an illegal alien criminal, he must go back to Mexico first.
If this man is an illegal alien criminal, I hope he gets deported! That means they both have to return to Mexico. I feel sorry for the girl but THAT'S THE LAW. Nothing racist - it's about the law!
Yes it's true and the girl gets''s a free college education
No....it's NOT true.
Was the girl born in the USA? If so that might help. If not then no
