The Chinese are willing to sell their products to any country, they just don't like to buy anything in return. So if you want Mexico to run an even larger deficit go ahead.
Good question- I would say that would finish the USA economy faster then the War is.

If it helped Mexico , then it would probably help the US also . More Mexicans would stay home , & they'd have more money to spend on our products , or here, while visiting .

As long as we didn't buy from them, yes, actually. We were fine when we only sold to ourselves and only bought from ourselves. Take our consumption out of the world trade picture, and think about it.
