That poor little girl and family. What they must be going thru thinking that had the government been doing their job this pain would not have occurred to them. The illegal was convicted in 1990 for incest and is STILL in our country in 2007? Unbelieveable. He is a registered voter!! Being accused of something doesn't mean you did it- but if you are convicted of a felony, then yes, you should be deported.

my friend was sent back to his home country after going to jail. He got out of jail in L.A. , was detained in another jail in San Diego, and then from there, a U.S. Marshall escorted him to the airplane all the way to the home country. He told me he is now banned from ever entering the United States

This happens over and over again. Innocent lives are taken because our govt doesn't do their job to protect us. This guy only got counseling for raping an underage relative in 1990. Sick! The judge who set him free in 1990 will pay for this!
