My finance was just approved from immigration I-29F (K-1 visa)?

She is from the Philippines. What is the next step and what is the approximate time until she will beable to come to the USA?

What do you mean "just approved?" Do you mean the service center forwarded the application to the embassy in Manila? Or do you mean the embassy has processed the application, interviewed her and approved her.

If the service center forwarded the application to the embassy you're not finished, not by a long shot. Nothing is approved at this point.

If the embassy has interviewed and approved her then she'll have the visa in a couple days. After she gets the visa she'll need to attend a class by the Philippines Department of Foreign Affairs and get her passport stamped. After that she can catch the first flight out.
