No it didn't go through because Americans got on the phone and put a stop to it. Just like we would do if the NAU came up.

I don't give a crap about "power" - that is the corruption that globalization brings. I give a whole lot of crap, however, about "sovereignity" - let's not merge ourselves with nations that may not have the same standards of democracy that we do, shall we?
I only know that:
1. The current law will not be enforced..regardless of whatever you all have to sya..It has not worked and it will not work..Why? Cause there is a lot of money involved in this and a lot of stuff going on under the table.
2. I will continue paying taxes, that will be used for the benefit of certain groups such as illegal immigrants and citizens that live of the system.
3. The Gorverment is all Scr_ed up!
Actually, Section 213 had a sense of congress to 'accelerate SPP' which was the only thing that would save SPP from being an unconstitutional unratified treaty. I think they wanted it to pass IN ORDER to help the NAU concept along.
No, it was a stupid bill. The USA loves it's lifestyle and would fight to the death to defend her. You are dreaming or having a nightmare, either way don't expect the USA or it's citizens to give up the good fight, we're made of sterner stuff than most! We won't "lose" anything to China that I can think of, and we don't need anything from Mexico.
