It does.I live way up in Ohio and there are all ready special sections in grocery stores that have nothing but Mexican food -n- stuff.

first I think you live in those southern states by the border which had Mexicans living there for a very long time. maybe you should move to Alabama or Maine, there aren't many Mexicans there.

Yes most Americans want our country back. It will take some doing but it will be returned to it's former glory. What has happened over the last few years with this illegal immigration mess would have our forefathers rolling over in their graves. It's a shame we allowed it to get this bad.
Kind of. I know a decent amount of Spanish so I can mostly understand what they're saying when they talk in Spanish, so that doesn't bother me. The reason I think some people get irritated with everyone coming over the border is that half of them are illegal and make no effort to learn English on top of that. The ones I've met have at least tried to talk to me in English and have been polite so I liked them. I hope they came legally. BUT I do think that if you go to another country to live, whether you're Mexican, American, Turkish or Russian, you need to a) do it the legal way and b) learn the language.

I like Paka 21olo live and work in Las Vegas.The casinos have hired thousands of Mexicans to do work behind the sence.They are working in the kitchens,maids and porters.I have heard that the casinos get a kick back from the gov. for hiring illegals.My husband drives a cab in town. He said that in the early morning hours before most people can see what is going on,the crosswalks to the casinos are jammed with hundreds of Mexicans at a time going into work.The walk light is on for more than 5 min. at a time.Those are alot of good jobs that legal immigrants and Americans could be doing.The casinos are a windfall for them.They seem to be the real winners!
America only has itself to blame for trying to make itself look so great. You can't keep people out of a country without shooting them as you find them and making it known that you do.
"Culture" will change much faster in a "multicultural" society than it will in a society predominantly one culture, expecially when an influx of a certain kind of immigrant occurs. As you can see, people don't like it.
Unlike in the US, assimiliation is a problem in Canada. Maybe it's a good thing that people are complaining about a culture showing up in the US, so I have proof of this.
