No. I'm sure there are people that live in CT really trying to get money for school. It will be even less if it is awarded to the children of illegals. CT should not reward criminal activity. While the children didn't do anything wrong, they shouldn't be afforded the right to a government funded education. The money the parents are saving on not paying taxes, they can use to pay for their children to go to school.
If someone tries to tell me illegals pay taxes, it's only because they are using someone else's social.
No, I don't. If there is one American child that wants the financial aid and doesn't get it then they are pimping these illegals instead of educating our own. It's almost ludicrous, no it is ludicrous!

what we need to do as a nation is get the law changed where it states that if a child is born here in america the child is considered an american citizen. its unfair that when our soldiers married couples who live overseas and their children are born, their children are not considered american citizens, if we change that law then the children of illegals will not be legal citizens, because there are plenty of american children who need financial aid, we should not condone illegal activity.
First off you need to say USA citizens. If they want to give criminal illegal aliens finanical aid than let there tax payers of the state pay for them.Not the rest of us. See how fast it get changed when they have 2 pay it all themself.
Nope, because it is telling colleges to uphold the idea that lawbreakers will always secure rewards. It's showing the future generations that corruption and lawbreaking are good tactics to immitate. Why is America's jails so croweded? Because people learn that crimes are acceptable with the right activists, lawyers and Senators taking the criminals' sides to sustain ultimate rewards within the U.S.

As a non-resident of Connecticut, knowing it's not my money, I guess I don't really care what they do. But they better not come to me later (through the Federal government), asking for more money to make up their tax shortfall. Because it's a stupid policy that isn't sustainable.
On the other hand, if they're not going to enforce the laws, I suppose it's probably better that the people here illegally at least be educated.
When someone is born in the US they are a US citizen regardless of their parental status. If they are a citizen they should receive aid, if they are not citizens they should NOT recieve aid.
No taxpayer in CT should have to finance illegal activity. If somehow, the entire state, agreed on this then it would be ok.

It's a matter of States' Rights (where have I heard that before?) The decision should be up to the citizens and representatives of Connecticut. Just don't try to force it down other states throats.
