What the poor asylum seeker would do ?
Answer:
I don't think so supporting them is not an illegal activity, even if you don't agree with there view's :)
No. I'm sure the case worker wouldn't be allowed to be anything but impartial in his assesment of this case.
Where did you get a solicitor?
a person who held the views a BNP person would hold would not work for the immigration it goes against everything they stand for, fascism and racism.
he should be glad to be in a country where people are allowed to hold diverse view's even though they may differ from other peoples
"poor asylum seeker"-MY ****
Alerting people could antagonise and cause more problems. Who told you he was a BNP supporter? All people working for the home office are (supposed to be) vetted for extremism and therefore would not be allowed to do his job. Maybe his background is good as it means that only those genuinely seeking asylum can enter the UK rather than all those falsely claiming asylum.
It does not matter, what you belong ! To persons is those position are required to make decisions on the facts. As represented in the case, to do otherwise is grounds for disciplinary action.
nothing to do with him. it's not against the law to support the bnp!
He should definitely alert his solicitor. Theoretically, the political affiliations of a case-worker shouldn't affect his ability to do his job correctly, however the Home Office would probably have something to say if someone in his position was publically active in politics. It may well be that the Home Office have a policy of not allowing members of extremist organisations (BNP, far-left, jihadist, etc) into sensitive positions. The important thing would be to look carefully at his work to see if his opinions had in any way impacted on his decisions or his treatment of people that came under his power (hardly too strong a term).
If the solicitor shows no interest, then contact a campaigning group such as NDADC - http://www.ncadc.org.uk/
You need to be sure of what your saying about this chap before going public with anything!
Jump before he is pushed. Seriously though I would not have thought that anybody with known extremist views, or political affiliations, would be accepted to be in a position to make life or death decisions against people to whom he was against. If the asylum seeker or anybody had a suspicion that this was the case then he should inform his solicitor or the immigration authority as this would be a serious miscarriage of justice.
YES
I dont see why, the guys entitled to his political beliefs
im sure his caseworker worked in a most professional manner- who he votes for should be nobody elses business-what next report him because he has different religious beliefs?
Stop bashing the BNP. People who do this are sheep following the PC liberal line. Find out what the BNP really stands for.
