If they come here to work and pay taxes no problem, but the country has only so much infrastructure, and this belongs to the people who's taxes paid for it in the first place.
Forever. We have always been settled by waves of migrants, right from the word go: Danes, Normans, Vikings, Anglo Saxons, Africans, Caribbeans, Asians etc and we will carry on doing so. However, I do think new arrivals should be encouraged to settle in other areas. This would even out the population right across the country, and stop the growth of anthills, ie, the south east of England and Greater London.
