I friend of mines lives in the country and needs an appointment to apply for a visa. To come to the US or England but doesn't have any access to the internet nor a global phone book. How can I do it from the US for her? The apointment is in Kingston and she lives in the country side. Can someone provide me with some websites please or phone numbers thanxxxx

first of all she needs to go to Paymaster and make a payment for the vias application fee and get a receipt. The receipt number is used to make the appointment on the US embassy website:-

she needs to complete the online application, you might not have all the information to complete the form. I would recommend that she pays Paymaster J$150 to make the appointment for her. OR she can visit one of the other shops that I see all over the island offering internet services and make the appointment herself.
She needs to take the bus to Kingston and do the work herself.If she has no internet then going to the source in Kingston where she can communicate one on one with the embassy will probably be her best bet otherwise it is just playing phone tag and a lot of effort.
