Should the United States adopt a liberal immigration policy similar to that of Communist countries?

Answer:
this country is more communist that Cuba...have you ever went to walmart or looked at any of your products and read where it was made?
why would we do anything the communists tried? can i say north korea anyone?
Yes, because there are so many people falling over each other trying to get into Cuba, North Korea, China, etc.
NO.
The reason they have liberal immigration policies is because no one wants to immigrate to them!
ummm, NO.

the reason why communist countries have a liberal (i.e. let everyone in) immigration policy is due to so many of their own citizens LEAVING not wanting to live in an oppressive, corrupt and bankrupt regime.

so, to maintain the population, and also to score political points (so they can say, look at all the foreigners who want to live in our nice system) they let anyone in. but look at East Germany, North Korea, Cuba, the USSR ... the communist countries are like prisons, easy to enter, very hard to leave.
Why? Are you going to vote for Cynthia McKinney(Former US Rep from Georgia) for President in 2008?
illegal aliens are about to receive amnesty, how much more liberal can we get?
Only if you want to become communist. It seems fairly liberal as it stands unenforced today.
Communist countries don't allow any immigration. This country allows more immigrants per year than all other countries combined.
