Is migration of humans a basic human right that should not be governed by law?

Should we also have a law that tells us when to eat and sleep?

Answer:
The earth belongs to humankind. No government should tell human beings where they can and cannot live. The freedom to choose where our bodies are situated in geographical space is a basic human right that, terribly, governments and people refuse to recognize.

No not if they can't tell them to not screw .well check this out!
I guess for the sake of economics and some semblance of sanity, and rule making there have to be borders!

No one tells you when to eat or sleep so aren't you hanging way out on a limb on this one?
i follow the buffalo
Human rights are a construct, a figment of our imaginations. The only laws are the laws of nature. You are free to move your body wherever you want, but others are free to try and stop you. We're no different than a band of chimps really. If an outside chimp tries to invade the watering hole, he will catch a beatdown. If you have a "right" to walk into a different country, why wouldn't you also have a "right" to walk into someone's yard and take a nap or into someone's house and sit on their couch? Because other people believe in the right to exclude (i.e., property "rights," and national borders are really just collective property rights claimed by the nation's citizens). Laws and rights are all man-made fictions.
migration is a human right? are you insane? when humans of country 'A' move into country 'B' it is known as an invasion. Since the beginning of time nations have been formed for the purpose of specific populations. You had to do some heavy drugs to come up with migration as a human right.
I take it that your against it...

About 60 years ago it happened all the time,
Germans migrated to Poland in vast numbers, they migrated everywhere! but the Polish didnt like it so they got some friends to help them out.

I think your missing some fundamental issues, people without money tend to find money by other means (stealing, prostitution...) and when they do find a job, their not governed by our laws (payed in peanuts!) which in turn leads to cheap goods but no jobs for us. whos gonna educate, feed, home, medical care for these masses? You?

And letting anyone migrate to your country also includes allowing all the people who want to harm your country from within... may as well hand them backpack bombs on the way in!

Go away and think again, we have laws for a reason.
I do know that we need our borders for certain reasons. They are for all of our protection. Some times that is all we have when it comes to keeping terrorists out, illegal drugs out and even illegals out of our country. While it isn't perfect it is the best that we have. They have been in place for quite some time. Be they in Canada or the USA or where ever they may happen to be. Most countries have some sort of border, to some degree when you think about it. Or at they have certain rules about if some one is allowed to entry their country, if/when or are certain people allowed to enter. They set the rules and we must all obey what they tell us.

I don't see that laws are required to tell us when to eat or when to sleep. We did have our parents doing that for us when we were all small. After people grow up they really don't need that kind of supervision, to be able to help them.
Yes, freedom of movement is one of the basic freedoms and most countries' constitutions guarantee it. But only to their own citizens. There should be a "world citizenship" that extends this freedom to all humans and all territories.

Of course realistically, this is only possible between countries/regions that are equally developed. But we are moving in this direction. European citizenship, for example, already allows people to work and live anywhere in Europe. Similar arrangements are being made in other trade blocks.
There is a fine line between preserving individual freedoms and anarchy and open door immigration would create anarchy and strain all of our resources to the point of uselessness
Following your logic; Let me migrate to your living room, I feel a bowel movement coming on.
just migrate south then
