Why's er'one want a fence on the border.?

no race is better trained in the use of ladders n shovels than Mexicans so throwing up a fence is just a waste of money. a better answer to illegal immigration is to quit hiring first, second generation mexican-americans to guard the border. probably 90% of the border patrol agents on the border are 1st or 2nd or 3rd generation immigrants and politicians have the nerve to think theyll really send their kinfolk back to mexico, get real..bloods thicker than water, so i dont blame the agents for their lack of enforcement. kinda like lettin the rooster guard the henhouse isnt it??

You do have a point, after all there have been numerous underground tunnels found recently...
Because even bottlenecks created by ladders and tunnels would be a hell of a lot better than what we have now.

However, I'm open on the Rio Grande. Would dredging it to make the water less passable help? I don't know. There might be some areas that still need fencing. I just hate to lock our folks off from a waterway.
Not everyone in Mexico is related. So no, it won't be all Mexican Americans guarding the border.
Not if they are truly Americans and have promised loyalty to our nation. If they are doing a poor job then fire them and hire a real American! I hope that our legal people are not influenced by their ancestors country of origin. If that's the case, we are in real trouble. It's not good enough to be a Mexican American, African American, European American, we all have to be Americans first and foremost or we don't belong here.
You are right. I Think they should stop giving additional jobs and let the present ones like so. This will stop the influx of migration... i think.


And yes the system of border patrol is really corrupted. IT's ridiculous how they assign hispancs to guard the border.

As for you comment about the border patrol being mostly Mexican Americans, these people are Americans first! There is no single group more against the illegals than Mexican Americans! They and their ancestors worked hard to gain citizenship. It really upsets them to see illegals given rights they worked so hard for! Did you ever stop to think we need Spanish speaking people in this position?
Don't make the serious mistake of thinking they are the problem as they are not! The real problem is the federal government that puts them in prison for doing their jobs! The real problem is also state and local agencies that exploit the illegals turning them into virtual slave labor!
