What kind of service do we Hispanics have? unbelievable?
does anyone else know another consulate that is faster thanthis one? AND THAT WONT GIVE U AN APPOINTMENT TO PROCESS A SIMPLE ID CARD THAT PROBABLY TAKES MINUTES TO MAKE ..IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!

Well there are so many ahead of you. We are having the same problem with Passports.
Just do it in Mexico next time you're there.
See ,if you would have just stayed in Mexico you could have bribed an official and gotten it that afternoon. I guess sometimes you can put a price on service .
You're not talking about Hispanics.. you're talking about Mexicans.
Not all Hispanics (whatever that means) are Mexican.. believe it or not.

Baby its politics.Things happen slow here.Just look at congress.They cant decide if you even qualify for the card or not.Just do what they want you to do .How do you say in Mexico,keep the faith baby.IT WILL BE OK.
