I agree. People here can speak what ever language they want to, as long as they know enough English to get by here without making us learn their language.
NO other country on earth would adhere to changing their lauguage to English to appease us. Just try that in France.

I believe I heard that, and it is certainly appropriate. The requirement already applies to naturalized legal immigrants.

I didn't hear him say it, but I think it is a great idea.
I'm not so sure I do. Although I doubt it will affect the amount of people speaking English in America, it will affect the number of taxable persons within the country.
