Without a fence in front of the White House, what do you have in mind? Are you going to lead an attack on the first family?
It's not the solution to illegal immigration as a whole. Our laws need to be enforced - that's the main issue. And who are you to say that a virtual fence shouldn't be given a try? Comparing the white house to a deserted desert doesn't make much sense to me - nice try though.

Why should the citizens of this country have any less protection then the president. If it is good enough for Bush, iron fortress, why not for the people of this country
I think there needs to be stricter policy's reguarding "foreign policy"... I couldn't get over Bush and letting immigrants get social security. I personally believe Bush hides behind His religious beliefs to make faulty decisions. I am not calming to "do the job better" but for goodness sakes, get a president that can speak English.. I believe he only got the job, because his daddy, had his foot in the door. I am all for freedom, freedom of speech, freedom to happiness. But please if where opening our gates to all those who are misfortune then Bush should bring all the poor children from Iraq, who where innocent, who are far worst off then those in Mexico.
