Yes. If one of your parents is Mexican then you are entitled to a Mexican Passport.
No because first you have to sing the National Anthem of your country.
If i remeber correctly mexico immigration only allows for immigagates to de residents the only way a person can become a citizen is if they are born in that contry of if one of your parents is from there then you can ask to be a citizen but they had to register you at birth at one of the mexican embasseys when you were born . and yes you can get a mexican passa port . but you may also want to get a matricula which is an identification card from the mexican government that makes it a little easier to get a mexican passaport
