According to Mexican law, I don't think Americans can own Mexican business. The owner of Pemex maybe White, but so are a lot of rich Mexicans. The upper heirarchy of Mexico have a higher percentage of Spanish blood. I also agree Venzuela produces more oil. Mexico's oil industr is also in trouble. Its major oil field is now quickly declining. The Mexicans did not spend enough looking for new fields to replace the dieing ones. AMericans are trying to convince Mexico to let us in to search for new fields, but their laws prevent it.
Where should I check myself, oh enlightened one?
I think that each country that forces their citizens to flee to the U.S.A. must pay a fee per person. Any financial assistance we give that country should have a $10,000.00 deduction for every illegal immigrant caught.

If that corrupt government shut down every oil producing well in Mexico (which are declining every year) it would barely cause a ripple in the price of crude on the world market. The United States already OWNS the oil that is there. Mexico would still be living in the dark ages if not for the help of the U.S.
The day the United States has to worry about being "wrecked" by a third rate country like Mexico is a fantasy. Kind of like the fantasy that this country would somehow not be better off when we deport ALL illegals. (Hide and watch, that day is comming soon.)

And since the oil they produce is their largest,and almost only export they're going to do what? Cut us off? Doubtful at best,they cannot afford to use that as a tool against us. Their economy is dependant on that oil flow.
