Are there really two people running the FBI background checks for green card applications?

Running across the US/Mexican border gets you better treatment from the U.S. Government.

Answer:
You are incorrect. There is only one person doing all the illegal alien background checks! And you are correct about getting good treatment from the U.S. government if you break the law and sneak across the border. You will get free medical, free food, free housing, and all kinds of other goodies that Americans born here do not get. In fact, you won't even have to pay taxes. It is a very sweet deal and those stupid politicians wonder why us taxpaying Americans don't like the idea. Those illegals HAVE to go!! Call your Congressman or Senator today.
NO, because they don't speak spanish
YEP!! I had those done when I was about 8 yrs old ---- I had to get my background checked to make sure I wasn't wanted by the FBI or any other agency (police) and they had to check the INS files to make sure I had not attempted to cross over illegally & got caught in the process.

It's a requirement to get those done. The USCIS has to be absolutely sure that you're not wanted for robbing a bank in who knows where (example). Immagine trying to issue a green card to a bank robber! You have to have a clean record!

Also, when you work with immigration lawyers/attorneys they will do FBI, Police & INS background checks to make sure you don't have criminal background or have crossed illegaly. They'll be able to get a better idea of who you are and they'll tell you if they can help you.

It's also good to know what's on your files, just in case there's something in there that's not suppose to be there.
Only two people doing background checks? What a joke! I am afraid the joke is on us!Aren't there enough paper pushers in the goverments employ to do a better job?Where are they spending all of our tax dollars?
