Does anyone know what happened to my visa ?

I worked in a hotel in dubai since last 2 year and I got a new job in abudhabi .and ,I left dubai without any problems .But unfortunately my new employer has facing a problem that they
can't apply my new visa because they informed me that my name is listed to reject my visa.I was really shocked ! could anyone give me any advices ?
